Back To Basics: Workout #1

I hope everyone has been enjoying my #BackToBasics posts so far! What move has been your favorite?

I wanted to showcase how you could take just the four fundamental movements we’ve covered so far (squat, deadlift, press and plank) and put them together to create a killer workout!


Try this on for size 😉

30″ on, 20″ rest x 4 rounds, take a 1 min break between rounds 2 and 3:


-press L

-press R


-plank hold

Check out the video of me demonstrating each exercise so you can check your form, and remember to review all the key points of each fundmental exercise to make sure you’re performing them safely and correctly.
